The service itself isn't great - the website's design and layout are poor. The chat window would CONSTANTLY pop up full-screen, and the order history would overlap the order chat. Because of this, it was impossible to read or write in the chat in a normal way. Technical support seems to be nonexistent - the admin is silent in the order chat, and the website chat (in the right corner) is silent too, no matter how much you write there. You don’t even respond to Balin on VK… Seriously, the website, the service, and the admin support - it’s just a total mess. Fix this, guys…

What is boosting?
Dota 2 account boosting is a service where, after you place an order, we assign a booster to improve your account according to the service you selected. You can add optional paid extras to a rating boost. For example, with Duo Boost, you play on your own account in a party with our booster.
