This Privacy Policy explains how personal data of users of dota-boost.com is processed and protected in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data.”
By using the site, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to the processing of your personal data as described here.
1. General
1.1. The operator of personal data is an individual entrepreneur, Taxpayer ID 631819059653, Primary State Registration Number 317500700036412 (the “Operator”), owner of dota-boost.com (the “Site”).
1.2. The Operator processes personal data only as needed to run the Site and fulfill orders, and takes measures to protect it.
1.3. This Policy applies to all data the Operator receives from users when they visit and use the Site.

2. Definitions
2.1. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (a Site user).
2.2. Processing personal data means any action or set of actions performed on personal data, including collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, or destruction.
2.3. User means anyone who visits the Site and uses its services.
2.4. Cookies are small data files that the Site stores in a user’s browser to make the Site work and recognize the user.
3. Data we collect
3.1. Account data: email address, username, password hash, and registration date.
3.2. Third-party sign-in data (Steam, VK, Discord): account ID, display name, avatar, and email address if provided by the service.
3.3. Order data: selected services and options, game profile and rating needed to fulfill the order, order history and status, and messages in the order chat.
3.4. Payment data: whether a payment was made, its amount, and its status. The Operator does not receive or store bank card details; payments are handled by ROBOKASSA.
3.5. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and actions taken on the Site, and cookies.
3.6. Game account passwords are provided by users only to fulfill an order and are not used for other purposes.
4. Purposes of processing
4.1. Registering and identifying users and providing access to their account.
4.2. Receiving, fulfilling, and supporting orders, and connecting customers with service providers.
4.3. Processing payments, recording payments, and issuing refunds.
4.4. Updating users about their order status and responding to support requests.
4.5. Keeping the Site secure and preventing fraud and abuse.
4.6. Analyzing Site usage and improving its services.
4.7. Meeting the requirements of applicable Russian law.
5. Legal bases for processing
5.1. The user’s consent to the processing of personal data.
5.2. Performing a contract with the user, including providing services ordered on the Site.
5.3. Meeting the Operator’s obligations under Russian law.
5.4. The Operator’s legitimate interests, provided they do not override the user’s rights and freedoms.
6. Cookies
6.1. The Site uses cookies to provide account features and remember your settings.
6.2. The dbc_auth cookie keeps you signed in to your account. It is stored for up to 30 days or until you sign out.
6.3. The dbc_cookie_consent cookie records your consent so the cookie notice is not shown again. It is stored for one year.
6.4. The Site may use web analytics services that use cookies to collect anonymized data about visits and user behavior.
6.5. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Without the dbc_auth cookie, you will not be able to sign in or place orders.
7. Sharing data with third parties
7.1. The Operator does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
7.2. Data may be shared with ROBOKASSA to process payments and with Steam, VK, or Discord sign-in providers as needed to sign in to the Site.
7.3. The service provider (booster) can access the data needed to fulfill an order only while working on it.
7.4. Data may be disclosed to government authorities when and as required by Russian law.
8. Data storage and security
8.1. Personal data is retained for as long as needed for the purposes described above, but no longer than required by law or contract.
8.2. The Operator uses organizational and technical safeguards, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and regular backups.
8.3. When the purposes for processing are met or consent is withdrawn, data is deleted or anonymized unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Your rights
9.1. You may request information about how your personal data is processed.
9.2. You may request correction, restriction, or deletion of personal data that is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or no longer needed for its stated purpose.
