Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between an individual (the “Customer”) and Dota-boost.com in connection with the services provided. By placing an order, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms. Under Articles 437(2) and 438(3) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, placing and paying for an order accepts this offer and creates a contract between the Customer and the Seller.
The Customer accepts these Terms by taking actions that show an intent to enter into a legal relationship with the Site Administration, including paying for goods or services. Acceptance confirms the Customer has read and understood the agreement and unconditionally agrees to its terms.
Once accepted, these Terms form a binding agreement between the Site Administration and the Customer, and both parties must comply with them.
1. Definitions
1.1. The terms below have the following meanings:
1.1.1. Site means the website owned by the Site Administration at www.dota-boost.com, including its pages, which enables Customers and Sellers to communicate and arrange delivery and payment through electronic channels.
1.1.2. Site Administration means the owner of the Site, which makes it available to Sellers and Buyers under this offer and may manage the Site in any way permitted by Russian law.
1.1.3. Seller means the Site Administration or another person acting under an agreement with it to sell goods or services to Customers through the Site.
1.1.4. Buyer means an individual purchasing goods or services on the Site.
1.1.5. Goods means game accounts and the email account associated with them.
1.1.6. Services means any in-game offers to increase a game account’s rating or level.
1.1.7. Game Account means the combination of a unique username and password required to sign in to and use a computer game or program, including its achievements, level, and skills earned by the original account holder.
1.1.8. Goods Sale Agreement means an agreement under which the Seller transfers to the Customer, for payment, the right to use the Goods for their intended purpose.
1.1.9. Order means a request for services placed through the Site, expressing the Customer’s independent intent to purchase those services from the Seller.
1.2.0. Email means the technology used to send and receive electronic messages, letters, files, and documents over the Internet.
1.2.1. Terms not defined in section 1.1 may also appear in this offer. They should be interpreted according to the text and meaning of the offer, the Site’s usage and legal documents, Russian law, and applicable business practices.
2. Subject of these Terms
2.1. Under this offer, the Site Administration, acting on its own behalf or for the Seller, sells goods and services to Customers through the Site, and the Customer pays the price under the terms and procedures set out here.
2.2. The name, range, type, description, price, payment methods, and other terms for Goods are listed on the relevant page of the Site.
2.3. Goods are provided according to the specifications on the relevant page. At the time of sale or transfer, the Site Administration guarantees their quality and functionality.
2.4. The parties agree that “Account Reliability” refers to the Site Administration’s financial liability to the Customer for the Goods, as described in section 7.1.
2.5. After purchasing a Game Account, the Site Administration is not liable for any resulting access issues with that account.
2.6. Services are provided to the Customer under the applicable service rules.
2.7. If the Site Administration does not complete an order within the stated time, the Customer may request a refund for the uncompleted portion, including MMR that was not gained.
2.8. Service completion times are estimates. The Site Administration may extend them by up to 10 calendar days to complete an order. Delays may occur due to:
2.8.1. High service workload.
2.8.2. Valve server outages.
2.8.3. The Customer pausing an order.
2.8.4. The Customer’s low behavior score (5,000 or less).
2.8.5. The order was placed late at night, Moscow time (which may add 6 to 10 hours to the completion time).
3. Rights and obligations of the parties
3.1. Rights and obligations of the Site Administration:
3.1.1. At the Customer’s request, the Site Administration will provide technical guidance on using the Site and purchasing Goods.
3.1.2. The Site Administration will review and investigate substantiated complaints submitted by Customers within one month of receipt.
3.1.3. The Site Administration may close an order without a refund if the Customer pauses it for more than 30 days and does not respond in the order chat, by email, or in live chat.
3.1.4. The Site Administration may close a coaching order without a refund if the Customer does not respond in the order chat, by email, or in live chat for more than 30 days.
3.1.5. The Site Administration will keep the Site operational.
3.1.6. The Site Administration may remove information about any Goods from the Site without notifying the Customer in advance.
3.1.7. The Site Administration may refuse to fulfill a Customer’s Order without giving a reason.
3.1.8. The Site Administration may verify information about Goods supplied by a Seller and review Goods before listing them on the Site.
3.1.9. The Site Administration may engage third parties to fulfill its obligations under this offer and remains responsible for their actions and decisions as if they were its own.
3.1.10. The Site Administration may perform maintenance, during which the Site may be unavailable.
3.2. Rights and obligations of the Customer:
3.2.1. The Customer must pay for goods and/or services as set out in this offer.
3.2.2. The Customer must promptly notify the Site Administration of any complaint about Goods and must not try to fix the issue independently or post a negative review before it is resolved. If the Customer attempts a fix or submits a complaint more than 24 hours after discovering the issue, the Site Administration may refuse a warranty refund or replacement.
3.2.3. The Customer must review the description, specifications, and sale terms before purchasing Goods.
3.2.4. Before buying, the Customer must review and follow the safety instructions for the Goods and services, including these steps:
3.2.4.1. After paying for and checking the Goods, change the email account password and, if possible, the security question answer;
3.2.4.2. Add the Customer’s own mobile phone number to the email account;
3.2.4.3. Keep access to that email account;
3.2.4.4. Change the Steam account password and replace its email address with the Customer’s own;
3.2.5. The Customer must review information posted on the Site and notifications sent to their email address promptly and regularly.
3.2.6. The Customer may choose Goods from the list offered on the Site.
3.2.7. The Customer may choose a payment method from those offered on the Site.
3.2.8. The Customer agrees to receive informational messages and notifications at the email address they provided.
3.2.9. Valve or Steam may restrict account transfers or artificial rating increases and may block users who engage in them. The Site Administration is not liable for these restrictions, and the Customer agrees not to bring claims against it for their consequences. Steam’s terms prohibit transferring or buying Steam accounts. Dota-boost.com is not liable for Steam bans or other restrictions.
3.2.10. When purchasing Goods, the Customer must act in good faith and must not abuse their rights, including by seeking to extort other Goods or otherwise causing losses or costs to the Site Administration or Seller.
4. Payments between the parties
4.1. The Site Administration sets the prices of goods and services.
4.2. Prices do not include fees charged by the payment systems used to make a payment.
4.3. A Customer Order is the basis for payment for goods or services.
4.4. The Customer must pay using the methods available on the Site and supported by its technical setup.
4.5. Goods and Services must be paid for in full in advance.
4.6. The payment date is the date the funds are received by the Site Administration.
4.7. The Site Administration may change prices unilaterally by publishing updated prices on the Site, without giving a reason or advance notice.
4.8. The Site Administration may set a minimum price for any Goods.
4.9. Robokassa fees are always deducted from partial or full order refunds.
5. Purchase and delivery of Goods
5.1. The Customer purchases Goods in the following order:
5.1.1. Choose Goods from the list on the Site and click “Place order” on the relevant product page.
5.1.2. Choose a payment method and complete any other steps required by the selected payment system.
5.1.3. Goods are delivered by email. The message may be in the spam folder.
5.2. Goods are delivered only after the Customer has paid the full price in advance.
5.3. The Site Administration fulfills its obligations under this offer when it sends the Customer an email.
6. Customer complaints
6.1. Before purchasing, the Customer must review the Goods and Services in detail, including the description on the relevant page. Complaints arising from a failure to review or properly understand the description will be rejected.
6.2. The Customer has 20 minutes after receiving Goods to check their quality and submit a complaint, including checking the Game Account and its email login details. Complaints submitted after this period will be rejected.
6.3. Complaints about rating-boosting services will not be accepted if:
6.3.1. The order has been completed, or fewer than 5 MMR remain to reach the target rating.
6.3.2. The service completion deadline, including the additional 10-day period, has not passed.
6.3.3. The Customer chose Duo Boost and played independently outside the Site or used double rating, while the rating gained through games on the Site fulfills the order (section 6.3.1).
6.4. Other procedures for resolving Customer claims may be set out in these Terms.
7. Liability of the parties
7.1. The Site Administration is not financially liable for Goods purchased by the Customer after the purchase is completed.
7.2. The Site Administration is not responsible for the account’s inventory. Customers placing an MMR boost order are advised to move their items to another account.
7.3. Goods are provided “as is.” The Site Administration makes no guarantees that Goods will meet the Customer’s purposes, expectations, or preferences.
7.4. Nothing in these Terms guarantees that purchasing Goods or Services will fully satisfy the Customer’s interests or needs.
7.5. The Site Administration is not liable for the Customer’s losses or expenses, including:
7.5.1. Losses or expenses caused by the actions or omissions of third parties.
7.5.2. Losses or expenses caused by Site failures or interruptions.
7.5.3. Losses or expenses caused by computer viruses, trojans, worms, or similar threats.
7.5.4. Losses or expenses caused by a user being blocked after purchasing Goods, regardless of the reason for the block.
7.6. The Site Administration is not liable if the Customer loses Game Account details or for any resulting consequences.
8. Term and effect of these Terms
8.1. This public offer takes effect when it is published online on the Site identified in section 1.1.1.
8.2. This offer remains in effect for an indefinite period and ends when the Site Administration withdraws it.
8.3. Changes to this offer take effect when a revised version is published on the Site, unless another effective date is stated. The Site Administration may revise the offer unilaterally.
8.4. The Customer must monitor changes to this offer and is responsible for any consequences of failing to do so.
8.5. If the Customer disagrees with a change, they must stop using the Site and its services. Continued use of the Site means the Customer accepts the revised offer.
