How to Disable the Steam Guard Authenticator from the Mobile App
Deactivating the Steam Guard mobile authenticator in the Steam app is only possible if you have a smartphone or another device where this authenticator was previously set up.
Don't have a device? can also remove your authenticator in the "Account" > "Security & Devices" section
Important: disabling the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator makes your account less secure. If mobile confirmations are not used, trading and selling on the Community Market are restricted, and transactions take longer. Additionally: after the authenticator is removed, a 15-day restriction on trading and selling items on the Community Market is imposed.

Open the Steam mobile app and go to the Steam Guard page
